News: Rand Fishkin Continue WBF At Moz, Not As A CEO

In the morning, the first news I read was Rand Fishkin, the famous name of Moz, formerly known as SEOMoz is stepping down from his role of CEO from Moz. Rand is known face of Moz and always been representetive of Moz. Sarah, the COO of Moz, will take over his job.

Rand has been famous because of his series of whiteboard Friday. I love the way he segment data and make promotional strategies with it. After hearing the news, I was quite shocked and sad as well. There is gossip that one of the goals of the company, Moz, is to sell it out. I don't know whether it is truth or just a rumour. Time will reveal more facts.

But one good news is that Rand will continue doing his whiteboard Friday series. He replied in my tweet that he still be doing lots of whiteboard Friday in his new role at Moz. So SEO guys can still gain the knowledge and information from him. Check the tweet conversation I had with Rand below.

How To Pass Google Adwords Fundamental Test?

If you belong to digital marketing industry, you must be aware of Google Adwords and Google Adwords certification. To earn that certification, you have to pass two out of three Google Adwords examinations. Google fundamentals test is easiest one to pass, whether you are beginner or you an experienced one. If you are a beginner, it will make things clear to you and if you are an expert then it will polish your capabilities by adding a few facts.

How To Pass the Adwords Fundamental Exam?
  • Register yourself with Google Partners
  • Read material provided by Google Partners.
  • Read material thoroughly and digest it properly. Do not mug it up, just understand it properly.
Tips to Pass Google Adwords Exam

Once you have finished the reading, decide the day when you want to give the exam. The maximum time limit is 2 hrs, but if you have read well, you will finish it within an hour or 1.30 hrs. Total 90 questions are there and you have to get 85% marks. Don't worry it is easy to achieve. [if you have understood the material]

Tips to Pass Google Adwords Fundamental Exam:
  • Put your cell phone and yourself in silent mode.
  • Take a deep breath and push yourself a go with a thinking that you know everything, and you will pass it out.
  • Take an exam.
  • Read each question properly because questions can be tricky so don't be in a rush, just focus.
  • Give answer properly because once you have confirmed the answer, you can not change it.
  • Keep eyes on a timer, but don't get panic because of it.
  • Do not try to cheat by surfing around or reading material again because Google change phrases + Logical questions are there which cannot be surf around + timer is there so surfing will waste your time and question will remain unanswered

  • Don't read the experiences of others
  • Don't give mock tests
  • Don't check the example questions of the Google Adwords Fundamental test
Because above all will make you more confused and afraid. The Google fundamental test is very easy because the sole purpose of Google is to make you aware of all the necessary facts to create, run and handle any Adwords campaign. And Now, exams are free so if you failed it, you can re-appear for exam after 7 days.
